Lemon Tree Cleaners has been awarded the 2010 Award of Excellence for Quality Garment Cleaning & Customer Service by the Clothing Care Council.
The People of Lemon Tree Cleaners
The owners and employees of Lemon Tree Cleaners are professionals, with years of experience in the dry cleaning business, working as a team to give you the best possible clothing care. For example, Isabel Perez, who has been with us for over 10 years, has over 17 years of expertise in the garment care industry.
Denny and Shanna Foster, the majority owners of Lemon Tree, bought the company in 2006. Denny has lived in the Hill Country since 1989 and worked in the telecommunications industry for 20 years. Shanna Satterwhite Foster was raised in Comfort, and is a kindergarten teacher at Medina Elementary. The Fosters have two children.
After buying Lemon Tree Cleaners in 2006, Denny and Shanna Foster immediately began upgrading and modernizing the equipment at all of their store locations. They also began a “continuous improvement” employee training program, with the goal of providing their customers the best quality and service available anywhere.
The attention to service, investment in innovative technology, and team-building has paid off: Lemon Tree Cleaners is the only area dry cleaner that is member of the The International Fabricare Institute, the premier international trade association for garment care professionals since 1883. And recently, Lemon Tree once again earned the Award of Excellence for Quality Garment Cleaning & Customer Service. 2010 marks Lemon Tree’s fourth consecutive year of being recognized for offering top quality and customer service. The Award of Excellence program is administered by the Clothing Care Council, a Washington, D.C.-based consumer advocacy group.
